1. All life forms vibrate – trees, human beings, animals, minerals and so on. It is their individual rate of vibration that determines their livingness. When anything is at the lowest rate of its vibration it becomes crust-like, begins to rot, or lifeless. The more it becomes increasingly above normal the more the body tends towards hyperactivity.
2. Death is the absence of vibration. When the animating life force in the body withdraws we have the situation called death. It is this animating life force that infuses the body with energy and gives it the illusionary life of itself.
3. Healthiness is when the individual is operating at his or her normal wavelength in the broad range of vibrations. A body can therefore come to a dis-eased (diseased) condition through misalignment with its normal vibration. This misalignment can be with whole body not harmonizing or a part of the body being incongruent with the rest of the body’s vibration.
4. It is the rate of vibration of a person that determines his vibrancy. There is usually a certain level of warmth that you feel when you touch another individual. The warmer the more the person is on the survival scale.
5. Cities, communities, organizations, and families have their aggregate vibration established by those within those units. This is why certain places or groups are either attractive or repulsive to a new person who comes in contact with such environment. If the vibration of the individual matches the new place, it can lead to cheerfulness, happiness and congenial living. But if unmatched with the environment, the result for the individual could be moodiness, anger, frustration, depression and sometimes disease of a more serious nature. In such case the individual may either relocate from such environment or leave the group.
6. The world, and by extension, the universe itself, vibrates at a certain wavelength. Just as different parts of the body have their vibratory rates so do the different parts of the world and the universe. In other words, where you live is as right for you as the sun; and of course what you find there.
7. Minerals and herbs derive their healthy potentials not because of their structural differences but in their inherent rate of vibration.
8. Elements located close to each other can either survive or die according to their compatible vibration or otherwise. When harmonious they can survive in close proximity, otherwise they are better far apart, the distance being determined by their wavelength. This fact should be of great interest to horticulturists, as it is no less true of individuals.
9. Our thought form is a form of vibration in motion that can be constructive or destructive. We should therefore watch our thoughts, especially against the known fact that thoughts are real things, welding great influence like a two edged sword. So in the exercise of our mental energy, we can create things that enhance our well being or destroy it. What do you constantly think of, for instance, an expectation of a great relationship or one that failed in the past?
10. Sounds like music is a wavelength of vibration. It can be used to bring harmony to our body or to disorganize it. I watched this in a Chinese film. As they increased their tempo and moving up in the scale with their guitar they became wavy and moved towards invisibility. When they start descending the scale there is a gradual reestablishment of normalcy. But when the keys are struck in discordant manner it creates some sort of confusion or disharmony among their target.
